Microchannel condenser

1. Core structure:
Parallel flow flat tube: The core is composed of many tiny parallel aluminum flat tubes with fine channels (microchannels) inside. These channels greatly increase the contact area between the refrigerant and the air.
Louvered fins: High-performance corrugated or louvered aluminum fins are tightly embedded between the flat tubes to maximize the air side turbulence and heat conduction.
Manifold: The precise manifold design ensures that the refrigerant is evenly distributed and collected in many microchannel flat tubes.

2. Core material:
Mainly made of aluminum alloy, it has excellent thermal conductivity, lightweight characteristics and good corrosion resistance (usually with surface anti-corrosion treatment).
