Products Description
Copper-aluminum finned heat exchanger: This is the core technology of the product.
Material: Copper tubes + aluminum fins. This is one of the most mainstream and efficient heat exchanger combinations currently available. The copper tubes are responsible for bearing pressure and guiding the refrigerant/liquid (corrosion resistant, high strength, good thermal conductivity), while the aluminum fins expand the heat dissipation area (lightweight, lower cost, easy to process into complex fin shapes to enhance turbulence). The two are tightly bonded together through mechanical tube expansion or brazing, achieving an optimized balance between performance and cost.
Form: Finned. Its defining structural feature is the presence of extended surfaces (fins), primarily used for heat exchange between air and refrigerant/liquid. This is significantly different from plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, which are mainly for liquid-to-liquid heat exchange.
Function: Heat exchanger. Its core function is the transfer and exchange of heat, playing a crucial role in refrigeration, heating, and waste heat recovery processes.
