Core Task: Allowing low-temperature liquid refrigerant to flow within copper tubes, forcing air inside the freezer to flow over the fins, absorbing heat from the air and cooling it, thus achieving refrigeration. During this process, the refrigerant evaporates into a gas.
Components: Primarily composed of copper tubes, aluminum fins, a fixed frame (usually galvanized steel), and a fan.
1. Copper Tubes: Excellent thermal conductivity, good flexibility, and corrosion resistance. Forms the core channel for refrigerant flow, efficiently transferring heat.
2. Aluminum Fins: Lightweight, relatively low cost, and can be processed into large-area thin fins. Densely fitted onto the copper tubes, greatly increasing the contact area (heat dissipation) with air and improving heat exchange efficiency.
