Fin heat exchanger is a device that increases heat transfer surface area to improve heat exchange efficiency. Its core design is to attach fin structure to the surface of base tube to enhance heat conduction and convection heat transfer.

Fin heat exchangers are mainly composed of two parts: base tube and fins: – Base tube: usually made of metal (copper, aluminum), used to carry the flow of heat medium (such as hot water, steam or refrigerant). – Fin: a thin sheet structure attached to the surface of the base tube, mostly made of aluminum, copper or stainless steel. The fins are combined with the base tube through welding, rolling or sleeve technology, which significantly increases the heat exchange area and improves the heat transfer efficiency.

“Working Principle” Heat transfer is achieved through “heat conduction” and “convection heat transfer”: – “Heat conduction”: When the heat medium flows through the inside of the base tube, the heat is transferred to the fins through the tube wall; – “Convection heat transfer”: When the external medium (such as air or liquid) flows through the fin surface, it exchanges heat with the fin, thereby absorbing or releasing heat.
