It’s that time of year again. The hum of our production lines is about to go quiet for a few days as we pause for the Chinese New Year holiday. But before we shut the doors and head home to our families, we made sure our own team was taken care of first.

This week, our workshop wasn’t just filled with the sound of machinery and copper bending. It was filled with laughter and the rustle of red gift bags. We held our annual New Year’s Eve distribution event, and I wanted to share a few of these moments with you—not just to show you our facility, but to introduce you to the people behind your condensers and evaporators.

More Than Just a Job

As you can see in the photos, the mood was light and cheerful. We didn’t go for anything overly formal or flashy. We lined up the essentials—bags of premium rice, bottles of cooking oil, and traditional New Year gift boxes—and handed them out to every single team member.

For us, this isn’t just a procedural handover. Seeing our welders, our fin line operators, and our quality check team walk away with their hands full is a genuine reminder of why we do what we do. We build high-quality copper tube fin heat exchangers, yes. But we do it with this team, and we do it for our families.

When you see our workshop manager, Mr. Chen, helping load boxes into the back of a worker’s scooter, that’s the reality of our factory floor. It’s a team effort, from the front office to the shipping dock.
