Manifolds/Elbows:** Connects multiple tube passes, ensuring uniform refrigerant distribution and reducing flow resistance.
Key Performance and Process Features:**
High-Efficiency Heat Exchange:** Utilizes the high thermal conductivity of copper (approximately 401 W/m·K) combined with the large expanded surface area of ​​the fins to achieve highly efficient heat exchange per unit volume.
Airtightness and Pressure Resistance:** All welded joints undergo rigorous pressure testing (such as nitrogen pressure testing and helium leak detection) to ensure long-term stable system operation without refrigerant leakage.

Customized flow path design: The tube-side loop design can be optimized according to different refrigerants (R22, R410A, R134a, R32, etc.) and operating conditions to achieve the best heat exchange efficiency and pressure drop balance.
