It consists of two main parts: an outer sealed cylinder (shell side) and an inner densely arranged tube bundle (tube side). Its core function is to transfer heat between two different temperature media (liquid, steam, etc.) without contact between the cylinder and the tube bundle. Simply put, it cools the high-temperature medium and heats up the low-temperature medium to achieve heat recovery, temperature control, and avoid energy waste. Manufacturing Features
1. CNC Drilled Tubesheets
All tubesheets are CNC machined, not manual drilling. Hole tolerance within ±0.1mm. Multiple tubesheets stacked and drilled together for perfect alignment.
2. Quality Tubes Only
We use mill-certified tubes from major steel mills. No secondary grades, no repurposed material. Incoming inspection covers wall thickness, OD, and hardness.
3. Precision Baffles
Baffles are cut flat and true. Hole positions match tubesheets exactly. Spacing held to drawing tolerances for proper flow distribution.
4. Certified Welding
All welders are certified. Critical welds get NDT inspection—X-ray or dye penetrant as required. Slag removed, beads ground clean.

- Hydrostatic Pressure Test: Test pressure held 1.5x the design pressure for 30+ minutes, checking for cracks, seepage or deformation.
- Pneumatic Tightness Test: Compressed air leakage detection under sealed condition, zero leakage standard for all finished products.
