    Products Description

    Working Principle
    1. High-temperature heat medium (such as 90°C hot water) generated by the ship’s boiler or waste heat recovery system is pumped into the copper tubes.

    2. The heat medium flows through the copper tubes, transferring the heat it carries through the tube walls.

    3. This heat is transferred to the aluminum fins encasing the copper tubes, causing the entire finned tube assembly to reach a high temperature.

    4. Simultaneously, the fan activates, forcing the cool air in the cabin through the hot gaps between the fins.

    5. The cool air efficiently exchanges heat with the finned tube assembly, rapidly heating the air.

    6. The heated air is then transported through air ducts to the various cabins requiring heating, achieving the desired effect.

    7. The heat medium (the cooled water) that has released heat within the tubes flows back to the boiler for reheating, completing the cycle.
