Core structure disassembly
- Heat Exchange Copper Tubes: Made of high-purity copper (T2 copper), possessing excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and weldability. Connected in series via U-shaped elbows to form a refrigerant flow loop, ensuring efficient heat exchange. Tube diameter, number of rows, and number of loops can be customized according to cooling capacity.
- Aluminum Fins: Utilizing hydrophilic blue aluminum foil (blue fins in the image), these fins are mechanically expanded to ensure a tight fit with the copper tubes, maximizing heat transfer efficiency. The fin design increases the air-side heat exchange area, improving air-cooled heat exchange efficiency. The hydrophilic coating prevents frost formation, reduces condensation residue, and avoids increased air resistance.
- Fixing Frame: Galvanized steel/stainless steel brackets for securing the coils and ensuring structural strength. Pre-drilled mounting holes accommodate various refrigeration equipment installation requirements.
- Interface Design: Copper tube inlet and outlet interfaces feature dustproof protective caps (black end caps in the image), adaptable to different refrigerant piping specifications. Customizable interface sizes and orientations are supported.
